Contest Rules and Regulations

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to all legal residents of the Okanagan, who are at least nineteen (19) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to individuals associated with Ogopogo Media Inc. This Contest is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals, and all other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside.

2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter for a chance to win, simply fill out the form on Kelowna.com.

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase is necessary.

4. ONLY one entry per email address

5. PRIZES: The main prize will consist of $1,000 cash.

6. WINNER(S) will be announced Monday, March 1, 2010.
